The form shown on the tape comes from Grandmaster Wang Hai Zhou, 15th generation of Zhao Bao Tai Chi. The form was developed from Chen Qing Ping in the 19th century. The movements in part one are demonstrated, then each movement is taught step by step, repeated three or more times with multiple camera views from front, rear, and side. There are periodic reviews of segments. This can be a difficult form to learn. There are demonstrations at the end of each part. |
