George Xu performs and teaches the 2nd main routine of the Chen style. It features hard and fast movements as well as jumping, in addition to soft, flowing movements. There is a discussion of the forms and principles. There are 15 silk reeling power exercises to practice issuing power and to use as warm-ups. The form is demonstrated at the beginning and end. Teaching is through repeating short segments of the form three times, then teaching the next short segment. The Cannon Fist is an advanced form. It is advisable to learn the First Routine (Parts 1 & 2) before attempting to learn this form. 83 Min.
