Part 1. Training Basics. Features Lu Gui Rong of Shanghai. In section 1, Lu teaches 10 basic exercises based on the basic movements of T’ai Chi. They are inteneded to develop skill in body movement. Section 2 drills are taught for the basic applications, peng, lu, ji, an, lieh, tsai, zhou and kao. The movements are taught with multiple repetitions in front of a mirror. 56 Min. |
