By Jiang Jian-ye. This new form was created by grandmaster Zhang Guang De of Beijing Physical Education University in recent years. It combines various styles of T'ai Chi with traditional qigong to increase qi, Tai Chi skill and inner calm. There are 39 movements on each tape. The movements are taught movement-by-movement with the movements shown first from the front and three times from the rear. There are periodic reviews of segments.
