Zhang Xue Xin, a top student of one of China's leading Chen style masters, teaches 25 silk reeling cocoon exercises, chan ssu chin, that are important training exercises for martial arts and for health maintenance. These relaxing, non-impact exercises loosen the 18 joints of the body. These are easy-to-do exercises. But if done correctly with persistence they will increase flexibility and internal energy.
