By Shou-Yu Liang. The Wuji System One Whip routine is presented by Shou-Yu Liang, a famous coach from China. This system consists of two sections that can be completed in a few seconds or practiced slowly in about 20 seconds for each section. Liang demonstrates the two sections normal speed and slow speed. Then section one is shown from the back four times and then the second sections from the back four times.
