By Jiang Jian-ye. Designed for office workers, seniors and the disabled, this video teaches exercises that can be done while seated. The 13 forms can be done singly or as a group and were created from the traditional five styles of T’ai Chi Ch’uan. They emphasize turning, bending and stretching, using the torso, waist, shoulders, arms and wrists. There is a demonstration of the entire form followed by teaching of the individual forms.
