For credit card orders, you can call the  toll-free number, 800 888-9119. California residents add 8.25% for sales tax. For best service, call 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due with your order by check, money order or credit card. No cash or C.O.D.s please. There will be a $10.00 charge for returned checks.

RETURNS
If a product is defective, we will replace it with the same title if returned to us with a copy of the invoice within 30 days. Send the package via UPS or U.S. mail. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the returning package. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or exchanged. All sales are final.

ORDERS OUTSIDE USA
Payment must be made in U.S. funds. There are additional shipping charges: see the order form. Surface mail shipments may take 8 weeks or more.

SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to send your merchandise promptly. You will be notified of any delay over 30 days. Credit cards are not charged until we ship. Checks are cashed upon receipt.
We try to get orders to you as soon as possible. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 working days. It may take an additional week or two to make the actual delivery to you. International orders will take longer, sometimes three to eight weeks. If an item is out of stock, we will back order the item if it is expected soon. Otherwise, we will give you a credit or refund. All sales are final.

Privacy
To Protect the privacy of our customers, Wayfarer Publications does not rent, sell or give out the names of people on our subscription and catalog mailing lists.
