Each page is 3 columns. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Ads that you submit must be digital files ready to be inserted into digital frames of the magazine, which is created electronically in Quark on a Windows platform. It is preferred that the digital file be in a tiff format or PDF; grayscale for a black and white ad and cmyk for a color ad. It should be at least 300 dpi (ppi). Files must be cropped to size and flattened. Please send a hardcopy in case there are distortions in transition when we open the file. If you scan your own ad please use the above specifications. All extra production and/or camera work will be charged at the prevailing rate. We cannot compose or modify ads for advertisers. TERMS AND CONDITIONS T'AI CHI reserves the right to reject any advertising which is not in keeping with its standards and which we feel will not serve our readers' best interests nor those of the magazine. All advertisers must submit their literature before acceptance of their ad. All products must be consistent with T'AI CHI editorial policies. All copy is subject to approval. The Advertising Director and/or Publisher determine which ads are acceptable. Advertisers using a post office box number in their ad must furnish a complete street address for our files. Advertisers must assume responsibility and liability for all claims arising from his/her advertisements and must protect publisher from same. BILLING - All new accounts must pay in full for their first two ads by the closing dates of the issues in which the ads are to appear. Make checks payable to Wayfarer Publications.
- Final invoices on canceled advertising will be adjusted to the frequency rate for the number of ads which have run.
- Bills not paid in 30 days will be subject to a carrying charge of 1 1/2% per month.
- Rates and units of space subject to change.
- Verbal instructions regarding contracts, insertions, or changes of any kind must be confirmed in writing prior to copy closing date. Publisher's liability for any error will not exceed 50% of the cost of the advertising space. Publisher assumes no liability for errors in key numbers.
- Ads received after closing date will be run in the next issue unless otherwise specified. Repeating ads will be rerun as given unless new copy is provided.

Space reservations and digital files are due on or before closing date. Cancellations are not accepted after closing date. Art work not requested within six months will be destroyed.
